The last time I drove down Melbourne, which was just the other day, there wasn’t anything approaching a completed road there and no sign of the supposed signal that will help direct traffic from the detour onto Melbourne.
Patience perhaps you missed the traffic lights that have been installed recently on Melbourne. They should make all those concerns of yours along with some signs very easy to figure out where traffic needs to go.
I pity the people of Grove, who are about to find out what will happen if the County only part of the parkway is open and the city doesn’t complete their portion is a reasonable time period. The city can’t keep the county part closed forever. I’ve heard the city has got about a year once the county part is finished but that’s just what I’ve been told.
