Maybe if they didn’t play so loud, people wouldn’t find them so obnoxious. The less talent, the louder the music.
How about this. The musicians and restaurant owners can play late and loud, but are required to give everyone their phone numbers and must answer any calls they receive the next morning from tired people on their way to work.
Oh, and they have to listen to whatever the person says for hours….or would they be upset that someone was waking them up when they wished to sleep? Thats what I thought.
