Literally the Che-est thing I have ever seen!
It’s from the Schilling show.

Surely their CMS has a common image storage system, and the whole website draws from the same pool. Assuming all of the images are keyworded, I imagine somebody there just searched the database for “city seal,” turned that up, and used it, without giving it a second look. It’s a simple mistake, although the moral of the story should be that WINA ought to think twice about polluting their system with images that could embarrass them.
Incidentally, this wasn’t my catch. Reader S.G. e-mailed me about it, even attaching a screenshot in case it changed in the interim.
Should have gotten the URL of the image!
