I do not believe that Ken Boyd has a remote chance of winning the nomination. He has shown no leadership, or reall interest, for that matter, of devising a cost-saving water storage plan, that will actually accomplish the goal of surviving future droughts. If he can not perform to the expections of his responsibilities locally, why would anyone think he would do a good job of representing the 5th District. He needs to continue serving on the BoS until he larns to not just represent a segment of his constituents.
