The facts in the story do not back it up. Just because Jackson was taking “male enhancement pills” does not mean he has a tiny penis. He may, in fact, have a large one that he wanted to make still larger.

In the US anyone can be sued for anything, but you will not lose a suit for that headline.
More likely a judge given the paperwork would refuse to go forward with such a case, especially in Virginia where there must be a plausible financial damage claim.
I prefer the headline “Ralph Leon Jackson is a peckerhead.”
