we saw Fantastic Mr. Fox there last weekend, and it was darn cold inside.
Carmike had one theater with no heat last week too.
I saw Planet 51 before Thanksgiving and they didn’t have heat then either. I’d fire whoever does their repairs.
The Carmike now has two houses without heat. They say their working on it. No ETA so far.
At least Regal popcorn is freshly made and not re-heated days old stuff like Carmike.
Look at cold theaters as an opportunity to get snuggle time with a date. ;)
Caveat: I generally only go to theaters once or twice a year now. And that’s in large measure because I was spoiled with a huge variety of theaters and types of films when I used to live in a very large metropolis.
