Too bad. He could have gotten it done quicker and cheaper and better than anyone else.
I just hope the building gets completed in a reasonable amount of time. Nothing could be a worse reminder of bad economic times than an incomplete 9 story building downtown.
Perhaps the city will come in with some type of last minute “federal grant” which they are so famous for getting and finishing up this project.
