Those wishing to rent will find ample townhouses in the Hollymead Town Center developments with convenient shopping. I suspect many of those who feel now that they don’t want to move will change their minds by 2010, once the idea grows on them. Also, they will be able to get a lot more house here than they can get in northern Virginia and that’s going to be hard to resist.
