Lisa, Charlottesville didn’t have anything to do with it. Plan 9’s leaving is between that private corporation and the private property owner. CVS’s becoming a new tenant is between that private corporation and the private property owner.
That is why I said whoever is in charge as I did not know for sure. But so okay – way to go property owner and corporation. Either way – it really sucks.

I’m sure Plan 9 can find another location; I believe it once was in the old University Theater building near Hojo’s. Unofortunately, there are many vacant retail spaces in town.
