If anyone is interested in such things, I’ve got a post on green roof design using local native plants, and some of the local rare ecosystems we have that are similar to the green roof environment.
I’d like to know where did Gary O’Connell get the extra $250,000. Most people do not know that there are several little Lynch-termed slush funds lying about. Council never knows that it can ask how much money is where. It only concerns itself with where to spend the next year’s take. I’ll be glad if the Democratis would appoint somebody who knows something about budgeting to Council. Yes, I said appoint.
