The Washington Post also ran a story. Now we just have to wait until it’s installed, construction isn’t expected to begin for about two years from what I understand, to see how it pans out. Will it become a idea forum/discussion board as the planners hope? Or will it degrade into disparaging remarks, obscene language and character assassinations?
