Al the food vendors and craft people and hot house growers will be rolling.
I have one word for breakfast at the City Market: “Ignacio and Marias Mexican Tacos.”
If you have row covers or hoophouses or a cold frame, you could have broccoli, spinach, kale, other greens, etc.
In my garden, I have garlic, walking onions, pea shoots, tons of mint, tarragon, oregano, thyme, rosemary, and sprouting greens of all sorts. Parsley, too.
There are lots of root crops which overwinter nicely in the ground or in cold storage. Apples do well in cold storage. Tons of plant starts for gardeners.
