Wrong! According to the Hook (with the 85 percent of sentence requirement) it’s only 14 months.
Compare that to the Minority Phillipino Ex-Catholic-Priest that stole a similar amount but got 13 years in total.
And it’s all because one guy was Rich and white with connections and the other guy wasn’t.
Money will allow you to get away with absolutely anything!
Does this mean that you can walk in to a bank, rob it, and then have almost no sentence just because you pay the bank back “most” of the money? Haha.
