Jimmy Halfaday, one of the finest minds in all the Commonwealth, continues to be relentlessly harassed by Javert-like police and prosecutors bent on his destruction. I earnestly pray that a Merciful God will aid in his swift release so that Halfaday can resume his vital work so essential to the future of Charlottesville.
Technically, didn’t he violate his probation? I seem to remember we did away with parole in Virginia.
