Some of the largest energy users are businesses. Is there a tax-reduction program for those entities?
I’m wondering what sort of cash thing is happening with this project. Was CDC the group that ran the money wasting water street competition? I think that Semmelhack runs the place. That’s a little weird if you ask me. Not quite sure how, but I do wonder why this partnership and what is really going on here.
