I see where non-residents are invited to be vendors, but are non-residents invited to be buyers since this is a gated community I believe?

Piedmont Environmental Council’s Buy Fresh Buy Local campaign and the Forest Lakes Homeowner’s Association launched the market this week. It is open to everyone and we hope that people from the north end of town will visit it regularly. The opening day of the market was a huge success with almost 20 vendors and hundreds of visitors!
